paid by the following dates you will receive the following benefits You need to
submit your logo as soon as you register to become a sponsor, but not
later than the following dates:

Eurotuner Full Page Color Ad (June Edition) - Hits news stands on May 20nd.

April 23rd: Waterfest® Show Program 2-Page
Spread Ad (Bound in July Edition of Eurotuner)-
Hits news stands on June 17th. 12,000 copies will also be given out at
Waterfest.

Performance Auto & Sound Magazine 2-Page Spread Ad - Hits news stands on June
9th

May 5th:
Waterfest® Full Color Flyers - At least 100,000 are printed and distributed.

Waterfest® T-shirts - At least 1,200 are printed and distributed.

1st (latest). We will put Your Company's Logo and Website
Link on www.waterfest.net within 5 business days of receiving your paid
commitment. The sooner we receive your commitment the more time your link will
be on the site.

1st - Door Prizes and a twenty-word description about
the product or your company. The door prizes will be displayed in a
prominent location at the main entrance to the show. The prizes will be
given out throughout the day, accompanied by the announcement of your
provided text

Announcements: We need you to provide a forty word description of your
company and/or your company's products by July 1st.
This will be read throughout the day by the track announcer.
VENDORS
If you have registered and paid by the following dates your

16th :Your
company's name on the back of the Waterfest T-shirt.
- July
1st (latest). We will put Your Company's name on
www.waterfest.net within 5 business days of receiving your paid
commitment. The sooner we receive your commitment the more time your link
will be on the site.

Important Deadlines for Everyone
- July
1st - All equipment rental requests
with payment.
- July
15th - 18th - I f you are Shipping Anything to Waterfest your
pallet(s) must arrive at Raceway Park during this time period. Raceway Park
will store your pallet(s), deliver it to your booth, pick it back up after
the show, store it and then load it onto the common carrier that you send
for your merchandise. Do not send your merchandise to Waterfest. You must pre-pay Waterfest for the
processing of your merchandise before Raceway Park will accept it or release
it to you.

We need your logo by the aforementioned dates in the

CHECK-IN AND SET-UP
If there is any balance due, it must be paid in full
at check-in. Crew passes and Display Vehicle passes will be provided at this
time.
There will be security in the vendor area on Friday
and Saturday nights between 6:00PM and 6:00AM
You may only park in your booth space or in the designated
Sponsor/Vendor Parking area.
In the past we have had cars blocking vendor spots and
walking areas. Any vehicle parked anywhere other than in the above mentioned
areas will be towed away without warning at the owner's expense.
It is strongly suggested that all sponsors and vendors check-in and set-up at Raceway Park on Friday, July 18th, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM
Anyone wishing to set-up on Saturday morning must be at the will-call booth between 7:00AM and
9:00AM.
Show hours are between 12:00PM and 6:00PM on Saturday
and 9:00AM (General Admission) to 5:00 PM on Sunday. On Sunday, participants in
the events (about 1500 of them + passengers) will come in at 7:30 AM. You may not disassemble
or tear-down your booth/display until 5:00 PM Sunday.
There will be no refunds.
