If there is any balance due, it must be paid in full at check-in. Crew passes and Display Vehicle passes will be provided at this time.
There will be security in the vendor area on Friday
and Saturday nights between 6:00PM and 6:00AM
You may only park in your booth space or in the designated Sponsor/Vendor Parking area.
In the past we have had cars blocking vendor spots and
walking areas. Any vehicle parked anywhere other than in the above mentioned
areas will be towed away without warning at the owner's expense.
It is strongly suggested that all sponsors and vendors check-in and set-up at Atco Dragway on Friday, July 20th, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM
Anyone wishing to set-up on Saturday morning must be at the will-call booth between 7:00AM and 9:00AM.
Show hours are between 11:00PM and 6:00PM on Saturday and 8:00AM (General Admission) to 5:00 PM on Sunday. On Sunday, participants in the events (about 1500 of them + passengers) will come in at approximately 7:30 AM. You may not disassemble or tear-down your booth/display until 5:00 PM Sunday.
There will be no refunds.
